2015 Beekeeping Classes

Beekeeping 101 - w/ Treatment-Free practices.

This class is a two-part class (two afternoons) including all the information you’ll need to get started in beekeeping. Also included is information on keeping bees in a treatment-free program (foundationless, small-cell, top-bar and langstroth). Enrollment in the Washington Master Beekeepers Apprentice program is included in the cost.

Price $30 per family.
Dates:
Class #1 Feb 7 & 8, 12:00 - 4:00.
Class #2 Apr 18 & 19, 12:00 - 4:00.

The April class will include hands on in the apiary weather permitting.
